You will be ideally located in this hilly region of Vaucluse, perfect for bike rides and bucolic hikes. Your excursions will take you to the must-see sites such as the Ocher quarries of Roussillon, the monumental Mont Ventoux, the mysterious pit of the Fontaine du Vaucluse or the Colorado Provençal. Also worth seeing are the perched and classified villages of Gordes, Bonnieux, Ménerbes and Lacoste served by the Lourmarin valley, excavated in the limestone massif by brook Aigue brown, a truly impressive site both the cliffs that dominate the road are vertiginous. This valley allows to cross the Luberon mountain from south to north or vice versa. It thus divides the mountain into two massifs: the Petit Luberon to the west and the Grand Luberon to the east. More to the east, L'Isle sur Sorgue, a veritable must of Provence, nicknamed "Venice Provençale" where blooming terraces and esplanades refreshed by the turquoise waters of Sorgue awaits the chinaurs who will find perhaps the pearl rare among the Numerous second-hand dealers, antique dealers and artisans of Art. Deposit(Advance) in the reservation 30 % of the rent by money order(mandate) posts.
The balance in the discount(delivery) of keys the day of your arrival.
An inventory (inventory of fixtures) will be realized at the beginning and at the end of stay. A check of 700,00 € pledge will be asked on arrival and will be restored at first after the outgoing inventory of fixtures, the deduction made if necessary possible deteriorations, and fixed price(package) arranges(treats carefully) according to the state of the holiday cottage(shelter).
Service of cleaning for the restoration of the holiday cottage(shelter) at the end of the stay is 135,00 €.
The holiday cottage(shelter) is available of Saturday, 16 a hour in Saturday according to 10 am.
We ask to our tenants to clean places before the departure either to opt for the fixed price(package) arrange(treat carefully) at the end of stay.
A highchair and a park are given.
The number of tenant will not have to exceed the capacity of the holiday cottage(shelter) and or the persons registered during the reservation.
